Submitting a Start Form will initiate the support services below or you may access specific options as noted.
Benefit verification
An Alnylam Case Manager can provide support by conducting a benefit verification and sending a summary to you and your patient within 2 business days of submitting a Start Form.
Reimbursement, prior authorization and appeals support
The Alnylam Field Reimbursement Team is available to answer coverage, coding, and reimbursement questions about Alnylam products, including the process for submitting a prior authorization and reimbursement claim.
There are two ways to access support:
- Complete a Start Form
- Contact an Alnylam Sales Representative to be connected to a member of the Field Reimbursement Team
Treatment site selection support
- A member of the Field Reimbursement Team will compile a list of treatment sites based on payor coverage and patient/HCP preference after a Start Form has been submitted
- An Alnylam Case manager can work with your office and your patient to provide information to help align on a site of care after a Start Form has been submitted

Treatment follow-up & support
Alnylam Case Managers will work with patients to help with treatment reminders and follow up to help answer patient questions.
